The ever-wonderful ACLU of Arizona has obtained e-mails to and from Russell Pearce, the architect of SB 1070, and have released a number of them. There are lots of racist treasures buried within, but I wanted to give a brief look at the monstrosity of his psyche.
“One look at Los Angeles with its Mexican-American mayor shows you Vincente Fox’s general Varigossa commanding an American city.”
“They create enclaves of separate groups that shall balkanize our nation into fractured nightmares of social unrest and poverty.”
“Corruption is the mechanism by which Mexico operates. Its people spawn more corruption wherever they go because it is their only known way of life.”
“We are much like the Titanic as we inbreed millions of Mexico’s poor, the world’s poor and we watch our country sink.”
“Can we maintain our social fabric as a nation with Spanish fighting English for dominance … It’s like importing leper colonies and hope we don’t catch leprosy. It’s like importing thousands of Islamic jihadists and hope they adapt to the American Dream.”
And these gems are the only things Pearce says that are correct, apparently from an e-mail rant with the subject line “What’s a racist?”
“I’m racist because I don’t want to be taxed to pay for a prison population comprised of mainly Hispanics, Latinos, Mexicans or whatever else you wish to call them.”
“I’m a racist because I object to having to pay higher sales tax and property tax to build more schools for the illegitimate children of illegal aliens.”
“I’m a racist because I dislike having to push one for English and/or listening to a message in Spanish.”
Those are just a taste of Pearce’s racism.

We must express in millions of votes what the TEA PARTY can accomplish for all Americans, and which will massively influence both political parties. Now I am not saying every Legislator in Congress is corrupt, but there are many lawmakers creating money off the American public. So the Democrats and Republicans need to clean house, on issues that are urgently important to the American people. By adding the impediments of the TEA PARTY that are running of the government, the real ‘PEOPLE’S PARTY’ can pressure the senators and House to carry out the bidding of the taxpayer. Here are a few of the issues that can be altered by the TEA PARTY LEADERSHIP:
1. The TEA PARTY can force a vote on the ‘Legal Workforce Act’ (E-Verify) and enact it as mandatory in every business nationwide. Those who feel they are not accountable will be looking at hefty fines, loss of assets and even prison. All those who ignore the I-9 audits in not implementing the computer to detect illegal aliens in the workplace will be sanctioned?
2. The TEA PARTY will force a vote on the ‘Birthright Citizenship Act’ concluding once and for all, that pregnant women can no longer gain citizenship through a misguided loophole for a child, just by slipping past Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) at the border or over staying a visa, leading ultimately to yet another Dream Act. What about American teenagers, who have been pushed out of jobs that were the monopoly for our kids a couple of decades back?
3. The TEA PARTY will ensure that the Justice Department cannot intimidate states trying to protect the right of its lawful residents. New laws will be imposed to halt Sanctuary States as California, Nevada, and New York and punish those elected officials, who have snubbed immigration laws. They will be prosecuted as ‘aiding and abetting’ illegal aliens, which Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) then fined under title 18 of being imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.”
4. Introduce a new law that no longer gives bipartisan exemption from tax revenues, making everybody pay their fair share and even the 40 percent of the lowest of incomes that should mandatory pay a small amount.
5. The TEA PARTY LEADERSHIP to immediately press the Congress, to negotiate with Canada to run the Keystone pipeline. In addition grant access to Alaska, the Gulf of Mexico to drill for oil, natural gas and mine for coal, within a future that they provide research and development in cleaning these necessary products as a priority in future years.
6. The war in Afghanistan, fighting the Taliban for what anymore? We must stop filling the pockets of government contractors and politicians with taxpayer money? After 10 years what have we accomplished? Nothing! Over 2000 American troops have given their lives, and we are sending 8 billions of dollars a month to a very corrupt government. Like most of the Middle East they are still living under archaic laws, where women have no rights. It’s time to start ‘Nation Building’ at home and not in other countries. Why we are policing the world, when our own country is held hostage to criminals entering America, through a border that in most places you can walk through some rusty barbed wire. Where is American protection to stop financial migrants entering our nation and pilfering uncompensated state treasuries?
The Tea Party is essential to American survival, as we have both parties spending billions of dollars on pet projects. This sovereign nation must get from under the thumb of progressives, communists and sewer Marxist Liberals. We have President Obama signing executive orders to give just about equal access to food stamps. That illegal immigration has been encouraged by both political parties for different reasons; the Democrats pressing for political pleasing laws, such as the Dream Act against the Congress and the hope that they will gain election impetus for more votes—from non citizens and illegal aliens, without looking towards the consequences in close races. Then Republicans who allow clandestinely over a million new immigrants a year, with low skilled experience and being supplied to corporations as slave labor.
The TEA PARTY is not receding, but growing faster than ever and not just in the millions anymore. These are the demoralized people who can be counted in the millions, who will arrive at the election booth? They are the hidden voters, the individuals who have never paid attention to voting? There are chapters all over the country, in towns, cities and from every racial preference, religion and political party who no longer trust Washington. The Liberal press can print what they like, but the TEA PARTY is here to stay. President Obama and Mitt Romney had better take notice, because the TEA PARTY PEOPLE are sick and very tired of the greed, the influence and power grabs.
Illegal immigration is unsettling as it is dividing the country and is predictably in causing a major financial situation–without a solution? California, that boasts of two major Sanctuary cities of San Francisco and Los Angeles are costing taxpayers extraordinary amounts of money. Don’t take my word for it, but read a report by Michael D. Andronovich, Los Angeles County Supervisor who lays out a lengthy truth of the costs in this metropolis of 1.6 billion dollars annually, while the Nevada annual fiscal burden of immigration to be approximately $630 million. Then Arizona’s illegal immigrant population is costing the state’s taxpayers even more than once originally thought and now revised, to a whopping $2.7 billion a year. It is estimated that U.S. taxpayers spend $12,000,000,000 a year on primary and secondary school education for the children of illegal immigrants.
Each year, it costs the states billions of dollars to incarcerate illegal alien criminals and during one recent 23 year period, the state of California built 23 prisons but just one university. Texas has set their uncompensated cost for state services for an estimated 1.6 million illegal Mexican immigrants at $6 billion to $8 billion a year. These are estimated dollar costs by different organizations and at most projections are limited to what the states release? However, one thing is for sure, the dollars spent on illegal immigrants rises annually as more impoverished persons skip the border. America once a bastion of ‘law and order’ has been overrun in many jurisdictions by foreign nationals, with the Socialist progressives in the Obama Imperial Court, who have contempt for our laws, language and our constitutional foundation.
As for New Mexico the costs to support illegal aliens remains doubtful and silent by the elected officials. Border agents are stating that there are a growing number of radical Muslims sneaking over the Mexican border into the United States. A number of state and local jurisdictions enacted immigration-enforcement measures in 2012 or fended off attempts by politicians and elected officials to accommodate illegal aliens. Alabama revised its enforcement law without extensively weakening it while Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and three local governments enacted enforcement laws. Colorado, Delaware, Indiana, Hawaii, Washington State and, so far, California taxpayers are denying illegal aliens the public benefits that advocates have demanded. Going after Sheriff Joe Arpaio for doing his job is a witch hunt and the larger majority is aware of this. It’s a way to gain favoritism for Obama’s potential reelection, so non citizen’s vote for him. Joe stands out along with Sheriff Babeu who neither runs with their tails between their legs as with most police chiefs. It’s inevitable that the sheriff’s sweeps are going to detain people of a certain national status, because we have been silently invaded by a majority from South of our border; Arizona ground zero for every illegal alien who slips past the limited manpower at the non-existent fence. If outspoken politicians as Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama were not a powerhouse in Congress, he too would be on the Obama’s Dept of Justice short list for attack by the overconfident Liberal nutcases. My guess is the Obama administration has loaded up the court with a bunch of Liberal judges, which tend to write their own laws, interpreting from the bench; just like those black robbed jerks in the 9th circuit court.

Only in English speaking nations. No other nation on the planet would call this racism. If you would only bother to speak to people from other nations about how they handle their illegal immigration problems you would know that many have no problem with it at all and they are not bothered by such concepts as you present. One country’s idea of racism doesn’t alter another’s. America faces a specific brand of racism that is intrinsically institutional and is propped up by people like Russell Pearce. Each of the quotes I posted show that he views all Hispanics as the same, and that he conflates one’s race or country of origin with corruption and crime. How is it not racist to say that all Mexicans attempting to escape a corrupt and dangerous life will inherently spread corruption because that is all they know? How is it not racist to assume that a vast and diverse minority group (saying Hispanics, Latinos and Mexicans are the same thing) are all criminals merely while rigging your justice system to target minorities and the poor? This may not be what other people call racism, but this is absolutely what I call racism.
Oh most definitely the intentionally created poverty is being criminalized at a rapid rate but it is equal opportunity criminality – not race/ethnic based. RP was trying to say no matter what you want to call the population they still cost us too much but if you have not studied racism enough to know exactly what it is and how to define it, as you obviously have not, then you will be as outraged and horrified as the 1% want you to be. I was just speaking with a Russian LEGAL immigrant who explained what would happen if this population pulled these antics over there. Try China. Try Italy. Try France. Try UAE. Try Mexico. These people have all been brainwashed in a political manner to break the US in these ways but you would rather believe the poor things are too stupid to learn English? If you have not experienced the conflict that a US Mexican descent person or a mixed (only partial Mexican) suffers from these people you really do not know who is the racist and if you believe that they will eventually assimilate and become US style non-racist as the goal and join with US culture you are dreaming. This is a militant “colonisation” of an “oppressor” whose corporations created their misery. I disagree with the causes of their misery and I disagree with their solution. So do many US citizens.
But how convenient to keep us arguing about stupid allegations rather than recognizing and dealing with the roots of these problems.
Some of these people are legitimate refugees and want to be USAmericans and our way of life, our values, our laws. But the majority that are seen at Ground Zero in AZ wish to keep their culture, much of which is in direct conflict with US values and laws enforcing US cultural values. oh but then the LEO who avoids that sticky wicket for fear of being prosecuted for “cultural insensitivity” and “racism” is then prosecuted for not enforcing US law on a foreign culture population. A no-win situation but so convenient for the murderers of the “American Dream.”
What antics are you saying are laughable? Calling out racially motivated hate? Russell Pearce wants to restrict access to healthcare, education, and other rights by placing obstacles in front of them for everyone, all in the name of ending illegal immigration. I don’t agree with him, so I’m going to say that. And there are people in all of the countries you listed that do the same when their governments mistreat certain groups, and they do so in the face of greater danger.
I don’t think assimilation should be the goal of all American citizens. America is comprised of diverse cultures, and I don’t think you have to speak the most common language or practice the most common customs in order to be seen as an American. Do I think it is better for an immigrant if he or she learns English? Yes, but I don’t think the law should require it. And that’s not because I think they are too stupid to learn it, but that I know it is possible to live in America without learning English, especially in ethnic enclaves or among older immigrants.
I believe that laws that target immigrants, minorities, or the poor (and often, all three) deny people the American Dream by placing unnecessary obstacles on their paths. Making it more difficult for anyone to buy food, travel, work, or vote isn’t right, and that’s what a lot of these laws do. I’m honestly not sure why you keep saying that I’m killing the American Dream by opposing racism in America.
And back to the “equal opportunity criminality,” I don’t think that’s true. While people of all races suffer from the criminalization of the poor, I do think it is partially racially motivated. Most people imagine the poor to be minorities, and a lot of laws passed come from that perspective. That’s why Rick Santorum said Iowans’ taxes shouldn’t go towards “black people’s food stamps” even though most food stamp recipients in Iowa are white. It’s a war on all of the poor, but the minorities are the targets. Immigrants even more so.
And I’m not sure that many immigrants’ culture is in direct conflict with US values and laws. The only examples I can think of are extreme and exceptional, like polygamy or drug use. Most refugees (and most other immigrants) can easily retain their culture without conflicting with American values and laws.
Jobs for citizens first. Social safety net for citizens first. Social safety net has not been upgraded to reflect true cost of living since 1970’s – thus forcing illegal economy. Not upgraded because not enough monies in the pot when you are giving it to people who never even paid into it. It is a math problem, not a racism problem although I did not hear that Rick Santorum comment – that kind of talk should be a complete and total career killer. Many people refuse to believe truths until they read it in some media like NYT or WSJ so I am not even going to get into the cultural variances that violate US law. Exposing truths just devolves into name-calling until it becomes common knowledge. I have been revisiting the one culture idea since I find much fault with US culture – I agree with keeping ones original culture to an extent – my ideas here are in flux – but one language is necessary for proper function and I do not wish laws of other nations to be practiced here. We came here to be US citizens and not victims of other laws which are now encroaching on us domestically. We had to pass tests of physical, mental etc to be allowed here and many of us had to prove that we would never ever be needy of the social safety net but these others are given a free pass and special privilege and they are not good for the nation – they are not a good addition to the nation – they don’t even like this nation – they hate US – they just take advantage and go home. Why do our policy makers have such double standard? Some of our rich are giving over their citizenship as well – they can all go. Seize all their US holdings too. We are tired of living alongside the collaborators of the wars we didn’t want – they hate USAmericans but they sure do love the food benefit card and all the other help they get on our dime. They act out against US born every chance they get. This place is a tinder box of hate and violence and ivory tower talkers with their flawed logic/linear thought, make useless policy.

The political militant mindset we are dealing with is a result of our own meddling – just as Osama and many others are/were. How many US citizens still suffer the caricature of the siesta sombrero little man? ‘Round the world our enemies (and they are legion) say that we the people should suffer since we let our government, which is of, for and by the people, (insert snickers here) commit atrocities in our name.
